Nutri-Saha provides nutritional recommendations and diet plans generated based on user input. This information is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition before starting any diet program.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Custom diet plans require an active subscription.
• Payments are handled offline via CCP or BaridiMob. Your subscription remains "Pending" until an administrator manually verifies receipt of funds to the provided coordinates.
• We reserve the right to reject or cancel any subscription request if the provided transaction proof is invalid or fraudulent.
• All sales are final once a customized plan has been generated and distributed to your account.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Nutri-Saha or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Nutri-Saha's website.

5. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Nutri-Saha's website shall be governed by the laws of Algeria without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
